In 1983, Malcolm started selling products for Whelen Engineering out of his garage in Milton, Ontario. A 15-year firefighter, Malcolm made the transition and became the Central & Eastern Canadian Sales Representative for Whelen Engineering in 1997. The establishment of Leslie & Associates was created and has grown to where it is today, representing multiple companies in the emergency warning and safety field. Malcolm is happily married with 2 boys, who are very involved in the business. Interests include: weightlifting, nutrition and travelling.
